Thanks Dana, I didn't play those clips by the way, and I don't recall actually hearing Memory pain before either:(
Hopefully soon better quality clips will be available, but I tink you get the idea...

bcBill - buy Second Winter - it's a unique 3 sided LP (they recorded 3 out of 4 sides - vewy unique) Johnny saying that there was too much good material for 2 sides, but not enough for 4 sides.
Man, can you imagine a record company, CBS in this case, releasing EXTRA material for free nowadays? Or rather, releasing only 3 of 4 sides? Johnny said they didn't want to "fluff it out" with marginal material. I think Second Winter was released in '69. The whole record has AMAZING and psychedelic guitar playing and tones!
Thanks, Dana O.

those clips are not doing that amp any justice, but i can tell that it's a probably great sounding amp. just a suspicion, & i'm rarely wrong...

You are NOT wrong, I can tell through the haze of a weakly recorded clip if an amp has alot of character, and this one most certainly does!!!:aok
