Fulldrive Mosfet with Deluxe Reverb (r)

Hi I want to buy a secound hand Fulldrive Mosfet and want to know does it has some blues tones in it ? I play with a Gibson R8 and Fender Strat, now I play with 2 TS9 pedals, one for boost other one for overdrive, will it replace the TS9 pedals ? I have seen the video on you tube but want to hear from users if its possible.

I use one with my Super Reverb Reissue and a Strat. Sounds and feels great! Really good for blues.

strat,fender and fulldrive go together great...dare i say a classic combo..tons of people do it, lots of pros too.:aok

i will say that the boost side isnt my favorite..wish it was more of a "boost" it adds a lot of gain, for a guy that doesnt need a lot like seemingly the two of us.

but..keep a TS9 . cause you might find that the comp cut mode very useful..one of the best clean boosts imo. that with the extra TS and you covered for some standard blues rockin.. ( a lot of my points also come from the fact that its kinda the granddad of botique pedals.) its good..not flashy just on point.

gt-500 works for me...the boost is very low gain
and the distortion has a wide range of gain

I'm not a pedal user, but I happened across the FullDrive II, not Mosfet version, and I couldn't believe how natural it sounded to me. Played it through a DRRI and it was a real surprise. I bought it so now I guess I have to say I'm a 'sometimes' pedal user. Having the 2 stages is great
