Logic Express 2 Click Track Changes

ok so i'm in a project where we write some pretty technical music and the tempo/time signature change a lot

recording these tracks with logic express 2, how would you get the click track to change tempo and/or time signature during the middle of a track?

in the arrange window, click the arrow for global tracks.

there will be a tempo line there.

click to make dots, and drag them up and down.
