It's always scary when you order something that you've never even heard but all the reviews have been overwhelming positive so I'm taking the plunge. Anyone else considering one of these amps?

A lot of people heard them over on BAM the other day-

I'm excited to hear one. I've always loved 6V6's.

Suppose to sell for around $1650, this is so much better than the other PRS amps that go for +$3000. Right now I'm planning on using my THD 212 cab with the head.

Fat Sounds Guitars will be carrying these....designed with input from some experienced folks in the industry....these are going be to great little amps....

Call Stu at Fat Sound and get the low down on them....

Stu's description was right on!

Stu, you have a golden ear.

I love the amp.

Maybe I'm crazy for asking this but here goes anyway. How can 16 watts stay clean sounding enough in a live band sitauation w/out micking it? For comparison sake I'm thinking this would be similar in volume to a Fender Deluxe Reverb. Thanks in advance!

We mic everything so it should work out, I once owned a Fender VibroKing and I could never get a useable clean sound, so I eventually sold it but I have a DRRI that has a great clean tone and I've used it on many gigs with it being mic'd.

Looks very nice and right up my alley. Would love to hear clips sometime.

I heard David Grissom play one of these today, pretty kick-ass.
