Tele out of phase - HELP

I have tele with a barden in the neck and a Lollar vintage in the bridge. Does anyone know how I can wire them to be in-phase - right now I have the half cocked wha tone in the middle?

Any help would be appreciated.

I link to a diagram or quality prose would be great.

Currently, I have both pickups wired in standard fair, as indicated by each builder for their unit.

Reverse the ground wire with the lead wire on one of the pickups.
