This came in a '65 SG Special that I just got. I know its not original. The neck is around 7.5k and the bridge is around 8.1. They are not hum canceling in the middle position. The baseplate looks like its slightly bent (purposefully and on both pickups) so that where the screws go through is like the keel of a boat. Thanks.

I know its not GFS or Mighty Mite as the wiring looks different on those. Any suggestions?

Looks exactly like the stockers out of my 03 Historic Special. Same brass plate, the white wire, the solder, the routing of the lead, everything. Neck & bridge read @ 8 ohm.

SWEET guitar,BTW.

Yeah...it turns out that they may be Gibby's. I'm kind of surprised.

replaced 'em with Fralin stock bridge and 10% under neck and it's magic! :dude
(Although I may have Lindy peel the neck to 15% under to open it up some but its still clear, round and articulate).

Those same Fralins are what put my Gibbies in the drawer!
