? About Turning a HB Around

Just wondering if turning my treble humbucking p/up around, so the slug coil is closest to the bridge will affect the tone? I'm looking to make it sound a little bassier. Thanks in advance!

That would probably make it more treble sounding.

It will likely have little to no effect, but it takes no real time so try it. (the chance of some effect will increase if the HB is more unbalanced - but most are not all that unbalanced).

the slug coil is actually a little stronger than the screw coil, and the difference will be minuscule either way.
