Howlin' Wolf with Hubert Sumlin is pretty much unstoppable.

Cool clip!!! Wolf, Hubert, Willie Dixon, man....that is as "real deal" as it gets. Listen to that standup bass! And Wolf's voice, always seemed kinda supernatural to me...

Anybody else see Cadillac Records? Very cool movie IMHO for fans of Chess and other old blues....Wolf character is intense in it too!

Man, I love me some Wolf. His music is so timeless, it just holds up so well to me. Plus he scares the shit out of me.

That pretty much sums it up! Supernatural is a good description. A sense of "urgency", intensity or something like that- its hard to put into words..........
