I only have the D*A*M so can't compare sounds, it is definitely the most versatile of the three because it has the range control which allows you to control bass/treble content.
They are built amazingly well and sound like it too!

I've owned the D*A*M and a Beano (as part of a Sunlion). The Beano was truer to the traditional Dallas Rangemaster. It's bright, a bit nasally (in that cool classic rock way), and not friendly to clean amps in my experience (but treble boosts were never meant to run into clean amps, as I understand it). The three-way switch is great, but it remains pretty bright unless it's in the bass setting and running into a dirtied up amp. If you want a true, traditional treble booster with a little more tonal flexibility, I don't see how it gets much better than the Beano.
The D*A*M is a Rangemaster on steroids. Mine had a thicker sound than the Beano, with a warmer top end, but it retained all the germanium grit and attitude. The range knob gives you even more flexibility is dialing in the boost, so you can go from a bass boost to full range boost to traditional treble boost and every shade in between. It was also slightly quieter than the Beano and the trebles compressed in a very musical way when totally cranked, instead of getting too spikey.
I sold the D*A*M when I didn't know enough about treble boosters to appreciate it. I've regretted it and I'm now on a mission to get another one.

The PCE Ranger also has a variable "cut" control to manage the treble. It's a great sounding TB as well. The difference between it and the Beano seems to be the taper of the boost pot.

The BSM RM is quite raw (in a good way). The Beano Boost with NKT-275 is a bit more mellow. The D*A*M I know nothing about.
