TO Choke or not to Choke?

Wouldn't a choke make the attack tighter in a cathode bias amp, or no? That's what I want; a little more attack and tighter feel.

Looking at this schematic, where would I put a choke?

Replace R9 with the choke. You would get a few more volts on your preamp tubes which might tighten things up a little.
