Open Tunings: Book/CD/DVD recommendations?

I had a book by Stefan Grossman many years ago that was good, just google him and there are lots of choices:

Martin Simpson has a DVD where he explains the relationship between various open tunings. It's more about how to transfer what you know between tunings than it is about teaching you how to play in a bunch of tunings. It's all acoustic and covers a lot of modal tunings like DADGAD, rather than just open chord tunings like open G and E.

Try Pierre Bensusan's "The Guitar Book"...mostly about DADGAD, but all sorts of worthwhile exercises and tunes in there.
