I have that DVD. Tons of great stuff in it. Mark Knopfler's version of Brothers In Arms is amazing!

It never ceases to amaze me the influence of the Beatles. Seemed like the entire hall - musicians, audience, everyone - was somehow sensing something larger than themselves, something timeless and common to all present.

I think it's more than simply a throwback to earlier times for those who grew up with this stuff. There is something larger, I think....


BTW - I still missed George in that piece....
