My RCA tube manual doesn't include KT66s. What sort of mA should I be running in a plexi style amp (think it's got about 450 or 475 on the plates IIRC).

...look for GEC or MOV KT66 as they made them...

You can bias them like 6L6s, at your given plate voltage I'd start around 30mA and tweak to taste.

thanks Hogy. I don't believe GEC made a book, I suppose I could look on the net but I find some of the data sheets on the net not too helpful, so I came to the experts...
