OK, I have a friend who has a very unique playing style. He plays left handed, but with right hand stringing. He has a left handed ES-335, but is having intonation problems due to the angle of the bridge and the reverse stringing.
Does anyone make a bridge with a wider travel to the saddles that could just be dropped on the posts?

He might try on of these:

They're ugly as sin, but I think have the widest travel of any tune-o-matic style bridge.

I have 2 customers that play that way. Just re stringing is a chore. I think you need to re locate the holes for the bridge and plug the old holes, then touch up the finish

I made a plate out of a piece of aluminum stock that screwed into the bridge holes and drilled two new holes and tapped them and put the bridge in those. I had to make it special, as the new posts couldn't go through the bottom and I had to cut them at the top but it worked. The guy still plays with it.
Looked a little hokey but it worked.
