Recommend Some Good Instructional DVD's

Alright, I'm looking for some good instructional dvds and I hoped people would have some recommendations. I'm looking to improve my rhythm playing, and also my country lead style playing. Anyway, any ideas would be great, thanks.

Johnny hiland bluegrass is a good one. I didn't like his chicken pickin' one as much.
