Problem with Lelsie !22A!!!!!

I have a leslie 122a connected to a hammond c2 organ.. i recently had new tubes and the relay fixed by a tech...that was a few months ago...this sunday while playing during service the leslie stops rotating both top and bottom... so i turn the organ off...i turn it back on and the leslie wont spin so i change it to fast on the switch and it starts to turn very slow and when i turn it on slow it stops again...Any help would be appreciated...

both belts are intact and the leslie is now turning at its slow speed while it is clicked on slow.. but when i click over to fast the leslie stops spinning..then when i click slow it starts spinning slow again but then when i hit fast it stops again.. is that the relay?
