This is starting to look ominous ... for the last couple days, the headlines have been:

Yesterday: "5-year-Old and Infant Die of Swine Flu"
Today: "..County Teen Dies from Swine Flu"

... last week a 21 year old, and this is from a metro area of about 1 million people.

Are your front pages starting to look like this?

Every year 40,000 or so people die from the regular old flu. If you take the 80 largest cities in the USA that would be more than 1 death a day in every single city. (500 per year in 80 cities)

If every paper in the US headlined every flu death, people would want to be "kept safe" from the flu instead of the boogey-man hiding in a cave in the middle east.
