Several months ago I ordered 5 sets of 10-46 electric guitar strings and 3 weeks later later I received 5 sets of 10-46 acoustic guitar strings . I called the company and the manager acknowledged they sent the wrong strings and would send me the correct sets. After several weeks I called again and was told they were waiting for the strings to be processed and they should ship shortly. Its been a month since that conversation and I left several messages but none were returned. I like he strings and hope they are still in business. Anyone know whats up with them ? thanks

I used to work for them, but after my good friends there were let go the communication with me became very scarce -and I decided to quit.

I just found out today through some people that are more "in the know" that it really doesn't look good for the company at least right now, which is very sad because they are excellent strings.

I have even considered picking up the torch myself and offering very similar strings but my wife doesn't think I should at least at this time, it IS a tough business to make a buck in at least at first, and it will take a fair size investment...

If there was enough interest from customers for me to pick up the torch I may possibly consider making the investment to do so -under a different name of course.

I have some names and logos kicking around in case this actually takes off someday; I would like to see the FireWire quality remain available to the guitar playing public, as I am one of the biggest fans of those super tough strings!

I have never come across a string anywhere close to the tone and performance that these deliver.

We shall see...
