Carol Kaye Guitar and Bass instructional material?

She is a legend on bass but are her instructional materials good. Of course the main focus is bass but she also has some guitar instruction materials and she appears to be pretty solid as a jazz guitarist.

Carol is a good jazz guitarist. I have seen her stuff on guitar before, and IIRC, it isn't really anything different from the tons of other stuff out there.
