Anyone have experience stacking these?
I recently scored an RC Booster that I plan to use in my rhythm pedal loop as an "always-on"/fattener w/ very slight breakup (I’m going into a very clean Twin.) Also in the rhythm loop is an AC Booster – my question is does the RC sound better before or after an AC Booster for rhythm? Again, the RC is not going to be used as a lead boost (I would put it last in the chain if that were the case) – it would be set at unity gain with the other pedals. I want the tone to remain clear and open for rhythm, just warmer.
Any thoughts?

Sounds like a sweet idea.
If it helps, check out the videos of Allen Hinds on Xotic's website. Especially the early ones with him, he talks quite a bit about stacking the AC and RC together.

I used to have both pedals; tried it both ways and found that I liked AC into RC. The more compressed midrangey pedal hitting the more open one just sounded better to me.
FWIW, I ran both pedals with the volume boosted. This gave me quiet cleans (both off); gritty, louder rhythm (RC only); a fatter, more sustaining sound for playing single-string lines (AC only); and a loud lead tone (both pedals on).

My initial thought was to run the AC into the RC, but then I saw the videos of Allen Hinds using the RC first and it sounded pretty sweet also - but then again, would that tone work for a rhythm sound?

So I tried it out and still haven't made up my mind. As of right now I have the RC first into the AC Booster - with the RC set to fatten up my single coil tones going into my other overdrives. I actually turned it off when I played my 'bucker equiped strat as it was a little too warm where I had it set. The AC sounded bigger to me set after the RC, but then I didn't get to spend as much time A/Bing it as I wanted.
Anybody else tried the two together?
