View Full Version : EH Graphic-Fuzz, 40Volts(!) What's inside?

I am trying out one of these and was shocked to find that they use a 40v proprietary wall wart PS.

Anyone know why that is needed for this circuit?
I'd rather not open this one up, yet.

I'm not sure why, but the Frequency Analyzer Ring Modulator uses the same thing.

Looked at the inside of my XO Graphic Fuzz. It's all greek to me. I love the pedal though.

I wanted the big box version. I had to order mine from my local shop. While I was there, I picked up a guitar magazine. When I got home, I started to read it. As I flipped through the pages, I saw an ad for the XO version. I had my shop call to see what version it was. EHX told them that they only had the XO versions. :(

This pedal is a sleeper. Basically 2 pedals in one. I feel that it is a great EQ.
