how do i get longer delays out of this unit? how do i adjust number of delay repeats?

I used to have one of those - long gone now. We all had rack rigs in the 90's, right? The Rocktron site has PDF manuals - check the "discontinued" section on the "support" tab.

Choose the right "CONFIG". I recall that if you select the Hush/Delay/Duckery config, you have 750ms of delay time (of twice that amount with the 2-tap delay type). With other Configs you just have 416ms.
That's one reason to buy a Intelliverb instead of an Intellifex: you get 2400ms of delay time.
The number of repeats (feedback) is controlled by the REGEN parameters.

One of the configurations has 1500 msec on it. The ping pong delay has 750 if remember correctly.

Limited delay time was always a bit irritating on that unit, but I used one for almost 10 years and it's STILL one of the most transparent, lush-sounding units ever made in it's price point.
