It's been debated since the dawn of time...or at least the early-mid nineties. What is THE best episode of Saved By the Bell, or as I like to call it, the "televised chronicle of my generation"????

Senior Skip Day....where Zack can't miss another day of school, but he made a bet with Slater that he will show up at every location....and Jessie meets the new guy while protesting styrofoam cups.

Hey, the Zack Attack dream episode has to be a strong contender. Without it, would we have ever heard anything quite as awesome as this...?

It was the top-rated Saturday morning show for five years. It has made a fortune in syndication. It's a cult classic, and everyone on the show is instantly recognizable as their SBTB character.

I voted Kelly and the prom.... but now that I think about it.. the summer episodes where Zach worked at the resort were pretty strong.. you know.. where he dates the King of Queens wife...

I will admit watching this show as a kid. Kelly Kapowski was amazingly hot. This show is as cheesy as it gets, but it brings back some great memories.

Yeah, so just today I was on the website www.playlist.com (http://www.playlist.com) looking for the Led Zeppelin song Friends to add to the playlist on my blog, and sure enough, this song (Friends Forever by The Zack Attack) was there.

I voted for the episode with the caffeine pill addiction. A close second for me is when Zack buys the class rings from Gem Diamond and the rings turn everyone's fingers green. Zack then has AC Slater (where the AC stands for "abnormally cruel") rough Gem Diamond up. A close third is when Zack is lizard sitting for Slater and the lizard, Artie, dies.

Yeah, I watched this show a lot.

Definitely the caffeine pills... such a ridiculous episode. I also laugh out loud every time that happens. Man, I've seen all of them way too many times.

I never watched the show (my kids did), but Mr. Belding (Dennis Haskins) used to book one of the bands I was in mid-late '70's. He was in Chattanooga at the time.

How about the episode where Zack was convinced Kelly and Screech were going to go off and get married...

Zack tells Mr. Belding, Mr. Belding confronts Screech and says "Screech, you can't elope!"

To which Screech replies:

"Don't call me a cantaloupe, you melon head."

Also, if I'm not incorrect, Jesse is wearing a thong workout leotard in that episode...well, over a pair of workout pants, but a thong nonetheless! :beer
