I'm looking for a vintage Big Muff but don't have the money for that big of a price tag. Who makes the best, most spot-on, handwired Big Muff clone for a reasonable price?

Recommend me some pedals!!

I love the Hoof, but it's not "spot on" and it's not a "clone", it's more based on a Russian Muff, with some significant modifications!

As for the OP's question, I would suggest a Stomp Under Foot muff. I have a Son of a Bee from Matt and he does good work. http://www.stompunderfoot.com/

This. So what if it's not an exact clone, it gives you everything from creamy OD to wall of doom. My only fuzz and the only fuzz I need.

yes, great sounding muffs, muffs are about the most cloned pedals along with the fuzz face....i have the civil war muff and the son of a bee, both sound fantastic.

here's a sleeper for you ronsound.com his hairpie classic is excellent, plus he used to work for electro harmonics back in the day.....

Big of a price tag? Reasonable price? What? Your Joking! Don't by a clone of a Big Muff. Save your money and when your ready, buy a Big Muff.
