What inconsistencies are you speaking of? Just not sure what you mean, depending on ones own perspective we could assume what you mean, but you know what “assume” stands for.

Expound a bit…

I should clarify. HiWatt is included in the list. It is fair to say their current production does not merit a listing, yet they are a sentimental favorite. If that logic was followed through, then Marshall should be on the list, as well as some companies that are out of business. You could also make a case for Rivera.
I guess I put that statement in since I am new to this page and wanted to tread lightly.

Two threads were just merged into one, so if it seems a little disjointed to this point, there you are....

You forgot Rivera...

...but included Laney??!! (probably the worst-made current-production tube amp I can think of.)

Marshall should be on the list too, on the strength of their new Hand-Wired series at least - and I'd count the reissues as well.

And Fender, for the Custom Shop series.

Balls Amplification should probably be there, they make a great 18watter. I agree with the placement of Laney, as they USED to make some pretty decent amps up until about 5 or 6 years ago. Peters, Stephenson and London Power should probably all be there as they are some of the best in Canadian Boutique;) Custom Audio Amplifiers (Electronics) should definatley be there considering the OD-100 craze. So far though, you got a pretty good list;)
