Do these amps need to be biased or not?

Hi,

I'm currently interested in 3 different amps, and I'm wondering if they are self biasing or not (finding opposing opinions here and elsewhere in my research)

The 3 amps are:

65 Deluxe reverb reissue (2009)
65 Twin reverb reissue (2009)
Peavey Delta Blues (2009 version)

I'm not too handy and amp techs are not plentiful where I live...

Both Fenders need to be biased, not sure about your PV. I am sure PV would be more than happy to tell you.
Where do you live?
