I am sad to see these pedals there now. I used to think fulltone wouldnt go THAT mass produced. i suppose thats where the majority of the money is, huge chain stores

Sorry dude, but this is old news. Fulltone has been at my local Guitar Center for at least three years.

I've never seen them in all GC's just some.
Only one here in the Dallas area everytime I've checked out of four stores.
The Central Dallas store for locals wondering.

We have had them for 3 years.
Mike is in the business of making pedals to make money. Seems like an obvious place to sell them. Have you seen some of the boutiques up on Musicians Friend? Oh the humanity!
We carry ZVEX Vexter stuff too btw.

+1.
Pedal builders are not a charity. The great majority of them will go for a huge business opportunity like that.
Does anyone really think that the whims and attitudes of a few boteek cork sniffers are important enough that a pedal builder has to sacrifice their family for it?

I think I bought my FullDrive 2 from Guitar Center back in 2000.

Also, I hate when good musicians succeed. Nothing ruins great art like the artist being able to eat!

Fulltone has been sold at GC SF for longer than 3 years. At least It feels that way.
Also this is not the right forum. They are an FX company.

+1. If Mike had a 1-3 year waiting list, we would be raving about fulltone. He makes good stuff.
+1 on the wrong subforum, too.

i think its great. I really like to try out pedals before I buy and GC was a place I could do that. I have bought an OCD and a FDII from them as a result.

Yup I bought my first Fulltone at Guitar Center back in 2003 or so.
That would make it at least 7 years or more.

I know it's the wrong forum, but I've just bought a FDII and it's a fantastic piece of kit.

Not all GCs carry the same stuff. The Fulltone stuff just popped up this past year in one of my local GCs as well.

They still make great stuff, and I don't care where they are sold. I have loved every fulltone pedal I have tried except for the Distortion Pro.
