Sexy clothes for young girls. It takes away the innocence for America and gives pedophiles an extra drool.

Rap music.

There should be a law against Tatoos & piercings on youth under 18.

MudPies,

THe world is hard enough without young people being introduced to risque clothing, permanent tatoos and piercings on the body that attract older guys. Kids need their innocence. There's plenty of time after 18 to make permanent decisons and change into adulthood. And just so no one misinterprets, I am liberal in my attitudes.

The world is tough for those of us who are lactose intolerant and it's only getting worse:

Restaurants that put cheese on EVERYTHING.

All items made with "100% fresh cream" (that'll do me in)

Can we not have salads without ground cheese on top AND a creamy salad dressing?

They don't make enough lactose pills for me to eat in most restaurants anymore.

Stoplights at the end of freeway onramps. These are especially annoying when the freeway is only running at about 6 mph.

They're all over Los Angeles, and are supposed to help control the flow of merging cars and thereby ease congestion. Sorta like a band aid on a shotgun wound.

I'm pretty sure (in Texas at least) that you can't do any of the above without the parent's approval and presence under 18 (for tats, might be 16 for piercings?).

Hybrid vehicle HOV lane laws.

People miss the point, that just because a vehicle has two modes of propulsion (read: all that "hybrid" means), doesn't mean it's any more resource friendly. The real way to give the earth a big green hippie hug is to put more than 1 person in any car. Effectively doubles the rainbows and butterflies coefficient.

But, if we're talking about just 1-person-per-car scenarios:

Can drive in the HOV lane: 16 mpg

Can't drive in the HOV lane: 36 mpg

I know, but I just hate the taste that it leaves in my mouth for about 12 hours after I eat it. No amount of brushing or scrubbing will make it go away. It ends up making me angry. I'm weird that way. :huh

If I remember right, I planted an onion around the summer of 48. OooOoohhhhhh it was a hot one that year, :red ... the swamp rats were out of food and digging up the garden for just about anything. I think the only thing that survived that year were the rats that lived down in the inner city! oooOohh they were everywhere! and just when you thought that you had something, you didn't! because either you would get robbed blind by your next door neighbors or the man upstairs would have his say and POW! there ya go, no thankyou have a good day!! Yep, people think times were easy back then, but they weren't. Have you ever tried tuning in a vaccum tube car radio in the rain while driving a car with a bad wheel bearing and out of oil when you were trying to get to the hospital so they can treat your malaria? :messedup
I could go on, but I won't because my supper is getting cold. :argue

Engineered Obsolescence.

Design something to LAST. Don't design something to grow old and need replacement.

If you built a good vehicle that everyone knows will last 15 years or longer, not fall apart and start rusting bad in 6 years, PEOPLE WOULD BUY IT.

And you could charge whatever price you want. People WOULD pay for a vehicle, if they know they won't have to start shopping for a replacement for it in just 5 years of owning it.
