I have a Fender Classic Vibe '50s Strat without out any mods or upgrades. I notice there is a lot of treble roll-off when I start to turn down the volume on the guitar. I assume a "treble bleed" is needed. Can you help me with the process and let me know what parts are needed? Any info you can provide is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Dan

Forget the treble bleed cap. Go for the 50's Gibson wiring, as applied to the Stratocaster. I've done it to my Am. Std. Strat, and it sounds fantastic, the guitar cleans up really well, and does not sound harsh or thin.

I saw this approach on another forum. It looks easy enough and has some definite benefits. Thanks for the advice.
