Should I pound a bowl of Rocky Road ice cream (or two), or down a brewski before the evenings over? :huh

Depends on the quantity of ice cream of course but it has sugar AND fat.... (yeah I love it too!)

Beer won out. :beer Sometimes when I start eating RR ice cream I just can't stop...

I drank no beer over the weekend but had a pint an a half of Ben & Jerry's on top of a Tastycake apple pie with dark chocolate syrup.

Would that be more calories than the usual 3 six packs?

depends on the beer and the ice cream. Generally beer is probably less 'fattening' than ice cream. Beer has a lot of carbs, and alcohol has a lot of calories but theres no fat in it.
