Any Amp Techs in Albany, NY area??

just picked up a DRRI and was looking to have the bright cap clipped & possibly some other mods done to it. I was thinking something akin to what torres offers with the PTP handwiring as well as new caps, basically a rebuild. I've heard horror stories about torres and would rather deal with someone locally. any help would be appreciated.
