Small amp with reverb or loop and master?

Does anyone make a small bedroom amp, all tube, 5-10 watts, with a seperate gain or master volume and a loop or onboard reverb?

Mesa express 5:25.
You can get it as a head, or as a 1x10 or 1x12 combo.
Two channels, reverb, a good series fx loop.
You can run it at 5w or 25w.

I have the head version and it sounds great.
