Just got a BD-2, MT-2 and DS-1 Keele- modded off e-bay, and still navigating the toggles and knobs.
Toggle-down on that DS-1 is savage!
I play Blues/Rock and dabble in Metal.
What settings do you like?
Thanks!!

I recently got a SD-1, I love the sound with the toggle up and the gain around 10

It's a really open overdrive, way more than the stock pedal

Disclamer, I play in an R&B/Soul band, not metal. All settings are "o'clock".
Got a Keeley done DS-1. Tone 10 Fender, 11:30 Humbucker. Dist. 2-3. level as needed. Pick a switch position.
MT-2 with Tele or Strat.
Level as needed, Hi 8:30, Low 2, Middle 11, Mid Freq 9. Try with switch in each position. This is with a Tele or Strat into an old Fender SF. This pedal will also get you a nice chunka metal thing but not at these settings. These settings make the Metal Zone a great distortion pedal with a Tele or Strat into an old Fender Silverface. That's all I got.

Interesting.
Metal meets soul!

I love layering my Keeley DS-1 w/ my Keeley TS-9. Put the TS-9 first, mmmm. Chunky chunky Marshall through my Fender. I'll look at where my knobs are at tomorrow if you like.

Stacking is where it's at, for sure.
Sure, post your settings, if you remember.

I have a BD-2 and I like having the following settings:
Volume- 11:00
Tone- 10:00
Drive- 1-2:00

It gives me a nice, touch sensitive grit to my sound and adds a fullness/presence that I like a lot.
