anybody know a good headhunter in northern NJ?

I'm looking for a good headhunter in northern NJ. I've been in the wholesale food business my whole life, and was hoping to continue. I have a job right now so I'm not desperate, but I'd like to upgrade. I've tried Monster.com, careerbuilder.com and others, they don't work so well.

can anyone help? suggestions?
