To those of you that use your Tim for more then just a low gain pedal, how do you set it for higher gain? Do you use both channels?
~thanks

For higher gain settings, I kick on the boost and have the gain set to about 3 o'clock. The treble and bass are usually around 11 depending on what guitar I'm using. If I really want a saturated lead tone with awesome controlled feedback and endless sustain, I'll kick on my Keeley Rat in front of the Tim. Works great.

Tim channel has gain at 5:00, bass at 2:00, treble at 3:00 and volume at 1:00 for a fairly smooth higher gain OD. Really pushes my Bluesbreaker into sweet breakup!
Boost channel has gain nearly maxed and tone control rolled all the way off for smooth leads with a Les Paul.

Does the boost tone pot work the same as the other tone pots? In other words, looking down at the TIM, which way is rolled off? I didn't notice too much change in tone with the boost tone control...
