I have Diamond ML2 analog delay - it sounds warm and rich, but also wants a reverse delay pedal on my board.
Before DML2, I had Line6DL4 and Empress SD. Reverse mode was good on both pedals. but, if it possible, for reverse delay sound I want to buy pedal with (more) compact size.
Waiting for any advices.

The Boomerang III has reverse loop capabilities. If you tap quickly enough, it can act as a reverse delay. Phenomenal pedal.

well i would have suggested Empress SD that i consider the best for reverse delays (i use it mainly for its reverse settings).
But as you said you'd prefer something more compact...well my second choice would be the Damage Control Timeline, but again way too big than to say Empress SD. To my knowledge only two delay pedals could match your requirements:
EH Memory Man w/Hazarai
Boss - DD-5/ DD-6/ DD-7
I had the Memory Man w/H and both a DD-5 and DD-6
The EH is a better sounding pedal with more innovative and usable features than Boss. Both sounds a little thin (i prefer big sounding delays) and artifacted. But i'd say for both that the reverse function is satisfying enough and could be worth despite the other settings. If you can warm the sound with a bit of your analog ML (i do the same with Empress SD and a Diamond Memory Lane) they could work.
I guess you could find a mod for the Boss DD-5 and DD-6, never checked if there's any mod available for DD-7 model.
I can't remember if my DD-5 was a modded one. Sure the DD-6 was not.
I had a DD-3 modded by keeley and the difference was pretty effective and let the DD-3 to make a whole step up.
If you need a simple reverse function and don't need any of the Hazarai features go for a Boss DD-5

I used Time-Factor about a week ago - only two-settings are sounds great for me -reverse and hold. And for this price I can buy VMSD or regular SD(I also had it about a month or two and replaced it for Diamon ML2)

The best, most unique reverse sound I've heard on a pedal is that of the Boss PS-3 in Mode 7. The only problem with it is that you can't adjust the delay time - only the blend, feedback and octave. It sounds phenomenal but might not be useful for your purposes.
Didn't Danelectro used to have a pedal that's sole function was reverse delay? Does anyone know if it was any good?

Super Nova Delay has a REALLY good reverse. Probably its strongest feature. Better sounding to me than the SD. Although the SD an do crazier things in reverse (and is better sounding overall than the ND). Also the reverse on the Timeline is really musical and amazing.

i would agree w/mode 7 on the PS3. but also DD5 w/a kill switch and the hi-cut will give you several different flavors of reverse delay with lots of options in a VERY small package

Yes. It's an unique algorithm that lines up with your playing. :)

Doesn't the Hardwire DL8 have a reverse mode? If you're looking for compact the Hardwire effects are pretty good. Had the RV7 once. Nice.

Danelectro Back Talk. Slightly larger (and more un-ergonomic) than a Boss pedal, I used one for a few years and even though I have a Timefactor I still often miss this cheap little pedal

How exactly is this done? Do you set the Bonus setting on "Reverse" or "Reverse Solo?" I'm guessing you set it on "Reverse" and then tap one of the assignable loops twice with "Stack" engaged? Or is it done differently?
One of the things I loved about the older Boomerang versions is that you had a "Thru Mute" foot switch which allowed you to easily do reverse delays...better than any delay pedal I had tried.

Stereo Memory Man with Hazari
I recommend it for several reasons, but in the context of reverse delay, it has a standard reverse function and also a instant engaging reverse function that allows you to have a regular delay sound, then by stepping on and holding the tap tempo switch, you can engage a reverse delay that plays back the last 6 seconds of the sound, this, IMO makes the reverse delay much more usable in a live context. also the standard reverse function works quite well too.

I love my SMMH as well. The most entertaining delay pedal I've ever owned. I have that AND a DD-7 on my board. The reverse delay on the SMMH sounds MUCH better to my ears than the DD-7, but compact it is not. For the small size and options, the DD-7 really is a nice pedal though.
