Just wanted to say that I was encouraged by the clear number of folks around here who get it and believe that it's best to support the people who risk their safety to protect yours. At the end of the day, common sense wins once again.

if you draw on a rubber band when its stretched out and then let it squish back together it looks awesome and like youre a way better drawer than you are
i wanted to get a giant sheet of rubber and stretch it out and draw on it then let it squish

I think you just invented a new artform.

Two things on that clip. One is we have not seen the UNEDITED version. We don't know what happened prior to the little bit we got to see. Second is that we were told it was jaywalking by the poster of the video who did not see fit to let us see what happened before the fighting started. We don't know it was jaywalking. It could have been anything. I've seen similar things happen on the street when a bottle or rock was thrown at the police car for example.

I deleted a page and a half from this thread.
We don't have an infraction for stupid, so I won't broach the topic or statements that caused it.
Don't get into inciting racial issues here. We don't allow it.
my vote is kill this mess of a thread, as it makes no f'ing sense whatsoever now (just dropped in post-pruning)

Copy that. My bad for taking the bait I suppose.
In the spirit of the opening post, thank you to all public safety employees for the hard work you do!

Okeedokee. Just to play devils advocate, where is the line between stupidity and non-stupidity?

Personally, I'm GLAD there isn't an infraction for stupid.
