There are a couple notable places that I've stop by to pick up jerky: Gus's Jerky on the 395 (on way to Mammoth Mountain) & Alien Jerky (on the way to Brian Head). It's amazing how many different types, flavors, etc... of jerky there are. I've always wanted to make my own jerky, let alone my own beer.
