Craigslist Score, then kind of a weird offer... Vintage LP content...

Ok so I find a craigslist ad for some shure sm57s and a beta 52. $325 for the whole lot.. OK, thats a good deal so I call the guy and arrange a meet.

We meet, I look at the mics offer him $275 and he takes it. Awesome..


Then he says.... "Hey wanna buy a guitar. I have a 1957 Les Paul I'm selling. It is a real 57, not a re-issue, or a knock off... The real deal! You interested?"


Uh...... What condition is it in, and how much.....

Its in great condition, and I am selling it for $30K!



OK, I know nothing about vintage les pauls so I said, well I know some guys that are always looking for old stuff, I will keep your number.


Is that inline with the right pricing?

I thought it was kind of weir to go from a few mics to a 57 les paul!!

That is an incredible deal for an original PAF goldtop. Be sure to have a knowledgeable friend check it out before you buy - or give me the guy's phone number - ha, ha!

OH, I am not going to buy it. I dont have the cash.




But if I put that guy in touch with a buyer, I would have him write out an agreement on a finders fee!!!!
