Is it just me, or is this a crazy price for a butchered '64 Strat?

That said, London (my hometown) is considerably cheaper than the Czech Republic where I currently live.....

I paid less than half of that for my butchered 1964 Strat, although I don't really think a bad refin and missing pickgard is necessarily butchered.
