Any suggestions for something new and improved. I have been using B52s for about 2 years now and am ready to try something new.

I use Elixir 10's...they seem to be the most durable i've used, but i haven't used very many different strings.

on all my guitars, i've been using GHS Tremolo Boomers practically since they were introduced.

i think i only have one or two instruments with trems, too.

i am also horribly unfashionable and have a tin ear. </sarcasm>

I have been using polywebs 10s on my guitar for years, but just ordered some Daddario EXP 10s, (80-20) and also am going to try some Nanowebs.
So many strings out there. DR has coated acoustics in many different colors, they look cool:BluesBros

Thanks folks. Just fishing here for some ideas. I wont pay over 50 bucks for a box so leave out the booteek stuff. I see Dunlop is in the game now. Any word on those?

:agree I couldn't be happier with Pure Blues, 10s, for both my strat and tele. They come alive with these strings!

Check out Curt Mangan - great strings at great prices. And no, I'm not endorsed... yet.

There ya go...Mangan's are great and relatively inexpensive. I like the 9.5 hybrid winds..

Mangans are definitely the best for the money. I use his pure nickel 11's on my LP's and I will sometimes use the R.Cocco if I have the extra cash.

The best strings I've ever used were Thomastik Blues sliders, but they are 10-46 and about 15$ a pack. So I don't use them very often. You should definitely try them out atleast once.

+1 They are super consistent, so once you set your intonation you wont have to move it again like I have to do for other brands.
