LSL Saticoy ?

Has anyone played and compared the pine Strat to the Ash strat. Curious about the tonal difference. Thanks

I've played both, but not back to back. I own an Ash Saticoy, and it's currently my favorite guitar. The Pine ones were equally as good, so I wouldn't worry too much. Both body woods make guitars that are unmistakably "straty".

Anyhow, I believe there are some videos on youtube that show both Ash and Pine versions of the Saticoy. Sorry I can't be more help!

How did it get the name Saticoy? Just a street running by his shop in Van Nuys. Speaking of Van Nuys, every time I drive through there, I look up into the hills and just think how many nasty movies are being made.
