Hi all,

I'm a recent join to TGP and a first time poster.

I just got a new Aracom attenuator last week and it's taming my FUCHs ODS 50 and Groove Tube Soul-O 75 very well. Still don't hear any furries, but I'm not as discerning as some and my wife and cat are VERY happy!

I did discover a cool use for an attenuator that others probably know, but since I didn't, I thought I'd share it with those who might not.

The ODS 1x12 combo has only 2 speaker outs; 4 & 8 Ohms. Both my Tone Tubby 2x12 cab and the onboard Eminence 12" are 8 Ohms. Also, the TT is less efficient than the Eminence, so I put the 4 ohm out into the Aracom on 4 Ohm input and 8 Ohm output and ran that to the Eminence. The 8 Ohm out went right to the Tone Tubby.

Now, using the attenuator, I can balance the Eminance to be the right mix for all three speakers together. Fun!:D

Cool, and welcome to TGP. There is an introductions section, if you are interested. I found out nearly a year after I was hanging out here.

Where is the '69 Tele listed? I don't need a guitar, but I love to see old Fenders!
