Maybe you could give me some advice...I currently use a Boss GT-6 for effects...no amp modeling whatsoever. It also has a tuner and volume pedal which I use. Have any of you moved from a GT-6 type multi effects unit to something better? What would you recommend for me?
Thanks

I have had great success with the recent RP series from Digitech.....the RP1000 in particular. It's probably the most versatile MFX out there now (or the GSP1101) I still like it over the POD HD.
Of course, try the HD out at the store to see if you like the Line 6 sound....it's supposed to hit the stores on Friday I believe.

GT-10, I love it! I like it better than my pedal board loaded with FX.

For just FX, it seems you can't beat the Line 6 M13. It's really easy to use, very WYSIWYG, and very very plug n play. Reportedly little effort needed to "dial it in" to sound great with a band, which many multifx (particularly the ones that came out around 2007 or older eg Line 6 PodXT or your GT-6) suffered from.
The Digitech RP500/1000 also get good reviews.

I like the digitech rp series better then the roland. even though they have less effects, the lexicon reverb & whammy sound much better then the gt's pitch & verb. i do run dirt boxes in front of the unit though.
