As you can see there is no need for me introducing myself to you because I don't have any business with you, my duty as I am mailing you now is just to (KILL YOU) and I have to do it as I have already been paid for that.

Someone you call a Friend wants you Dead by all means, and the person have spent a lot of money on this, the person also came to us and told us that he want you dead and he provided us with your name ,picture and other necessary information's we needed about you. So I have sent my boy's to track you down with the information given to us and they have carried out the necessary investigation needed for the operation on you, and they have done that but I told them not to kill you that I will like to contact you and see if your life is Important to you or not. Since we have find out that you are some how innocent not too sure as yet.

I called my client back and ask him of your email address which I didn't tell him what I wanted to do with it and he gave it to me and I am using it to contact you now. As I am writing to you now my men are monitoring you and they are telling me everything about you. Now do you want to LIVE OR DIE? As someone has paid us to kill you. Get back to me now if you are ready to pay some fees to spare your life, $3,800 is all you need to spend. You will first of all pay $3000usd then I will send a tape to you which I recorded every discussion I had with the person who wanted you dead and as soon as you get the tape, you will pay the remaining $800. If you are not ready for my help, then I will carry on with my job straight-up.

WARNING: DO NOT THINK OF CONTACTING THE POLICE OR EVEN TELLING ANYONE BECAUSE I WILL KNOW. REMEMBER, SOMEONE WHO KNOWS YOU VERY WELL WANTS YOU DEAD! I've always wished for more time so I could string these guys along a bit... always in the hope that they may realise that spending time on crap like this is actually not making them as much money as holding down a real day job...

For someone to send you this is definitely a crime and you really should report it - even if you think/know it's BS.

Email them back and tell them you got an offer for a lot less from someone else to "not kill you." See if they will drop their price any.

Also ask them if they take paypal and would they cover the fees, or would you have to send it as a gift? Maybe they will do a trade or partial trade?

Write them back and tell them you traced the email and have them surrounded!

Tell them if they don't pay you you will open fire!

Also tell them you know who their family is and will kill them slowly and tell them you are doing it because of them!

A side story, I know a mentally challenged man and from time to time try to help him. One evening I was giving him a ride home and he was upset about something and started telling me he was thinking of killing the people involved and before he was done he said he might even get a gun and kill me. Without any pause it came to me and I said "if you do I will come back from the dead and torment your soul for the rest of your life. You won't even be able to sleep because I'll be in your dreams." He got this really confused and scared look on his face and shut up. Later he said "I'd never kill you, you're my friend."

Apparently you do not realize that, here in the United States of America, we've been importing and manufacturing firearms since our country was born. I am deleting his account so you can not warn him again, you idiot...he is broke and wont be able to pay you off any way...could you please make him suffer and let him know as he takes his last dying gasps that I was the one constantly messing with his guitar gear...I am the reason his guitars never stayed in tune, his pedals always had dead batteries...and I was also sleeping with his sisters...

There was a thread on a site that scams the scammers with this letter and the recipient had the guy going for months making deals and excuses throughout.
Telling him there were problems at the bank, only so much money was available, to giving him advice on his relationship.

Communications from both parties got posted in the thread daily, what a laugh it was to follow!
