The Stanton Moore trio kicks ass! I didn't care so much for the part of the show with Osborne but most people seemed to really dig it. Not that it was bad or anything, I just dig the instrumental stuff more.

I feel the same based on the recordings I have. He kinda ruins the awesome dynamic of the trio. I guess it's cool for the change of pace, but I was relieved when they went back to the trio. I'm sure it'll be fun in person though. Anders' tone and playing kills.

Holy bejebus, Anders Osborne is LOUD. Did he miss the memo stating that a JCM 800 half stack (with bottom cab, no less) is too much for a club gig?

Bloody great and unique player, though.
