Looking for a high gainer for modern metal tones and contenders are:

Hardwire TL2(price)
Emma Pisdiyauwot(worth 100$ over TL2?)
bad monkey boosted Barber Dirty Bomb

the tones I'm looking at are KSE, Mastodon, All That Remains and anything below metalcore, not too interested in death metal at least now.

Which of these three would siut me best and would be better in long run and wouldn't need replacing?

Triple Wreck, Openhaus and Okko out of question as they are far too expensive for me, Emma already is but if it's that great over mentioned ones then i could close my eyes a bit for the price.

Not on your list...but I watched a killer demo of Greenhouse Effects Nobrainer...I have never played one but its seems versatile...

The hardwire is a great metal pedal...the dirty bomb is also a great pedal but the hardwire has more gain...dont let the price fool you into spending an additional $100+ for some boutique pedal...the hardwire delivers!

Look at AMT pedals.
Du Hast, Metallizer or Fatal Tube would work well for what you want, and all are at the $120 price mark.

Also there is the Sans Amp GT-2, an oldie but a goodie. I think that for every distortion pedal you get, you will likely need an EQ after it to get the most of it. So while I think the Pisdiyauwot kicks ass, you may get similar results from a Dirty Bomb + EQ.

Depending on the type of amp you have (especially if you have a tube amp), distortion pedals will sound better at higher volume which believe it or not, will demand less gain from your pedals to sound good.

So my suggestions would be:
Pisdiyauwot
Dirty Bomb
Sans Amp GT2
Blackstar DistX

And try an EQ after all of them. That is the best way to get the most metal from your metal pedal. If cost is an issue, consider BM + DB + EQ (MXR 10 Band should do it) and you will be golden, you may even find you don't need the BM before the DB this way.

The only reason I don't suggest the TL-2 is because it's highs and mids are quite tricky to work with, much like an MT-2 and therefore not everyone's cup of tea. Sounds to me like you are after somewhat darker distortion sounds and hence the suggestions. So if you can, try to test all of the above. I am pretty sure you should find something that sounds like what you want :)

I'm probably gonna get slagged/flamed for this, but... I own both an Emma PisdiYAUwot and an MXR Fullbore. The Emma is $245 new and the Fullbore is $99 or so... I've tried them side by side, and while I ever so slightly think the Emma is a bit more organic sounding, it's noisy and will require you adding a noise gate or Hush to your rig to use it effectively. The MXR is absolutely dead silent, and also includes a built in gate if you should need it (I dont). This weekend at band practice I put them both on my board with an A/B loop switch and ran my Rocktron Hush half rack into a 100 watt head and two 4x10 cabs, and when dialed in, you cant really tell them apart. The Emma can get much wilder/hairy/organic over the top than the MXR, but for the metal tone I needed I'm not convinced anyone but me could hear the difference.

I think the MXR Fullbore is a more usable pedal and at the very least there just isnt $146 dollars worth of difference. Your mileage may vary, etc...

It also depends on your guitar/pickup/amp as to what suits you best. You can have so much gain that it saturates your signal and you can't hear what you're doing - if you have high output pickups and a high gain amp, you may not want to add too much gain at the input stage. Try a few out with your setup and see what suits you best - Tone is very subjective. Tube distortion vs Solid State will give different results too - high-end amps will magnify crappy effects so you want better FX if you have better gear. On the other hand, if you don't have high-end guitars and amp(s) it won't matter so much. Good luck!

Save your money on pedals and get a Mesa recto-verb combo. I've had many high-gain pedals and although many are good, none can get the same feel and sound of a high-gain tube amp.

unfortunately i cant scratch for a NEW high gainer, as used gear doesn't exist in my country and just wantto play and get rid of my old cube 15x.

if it helps guitar gonna be Ibanez RGA32 so actives with 3.5V and valve junior sounding amp.

for now I'm thinking more towards TL2 but can't tell if its not too fizzy as i have that already in my 15x.

havent seen any videos on barber boosten on youtube playing any metal hmm, wonder why as it's stated as high gainer.

I'm telling ya man, a decent old RAT with a Tubescreamer going into it will deliver the goods. Or a Japanese black label DS-1. I've tried newer high gain metal dirt pedals and they come up sounding thin and fake to me. Depends on your amp though, I play through an old 70's 120watt Orange head and 2x12's or 4x12's.
Most of these new high gainers I've played are really disappointing, all static, no balls. IMO that MXR Fullbore is shockingly bad, I hated that thing with a passion.
