Since all my "on-order" guitars have been delivered, it's time to start saving up for another one :D
Been thinking of going with a more modern strat variant this time around and the Walter Becker model has really caught my eye.
Any feedback on this model or Sadowski guitars in general would be greatly appreciated..

It blew my mind when I played one at the shop.
My Sadowsky Tele triple P90 was a forerunner for that guitar, so I was told.
Mine has a redwood top on alder body; the Becker has a maple top on swamp ash body with a double strat type cutaway.

Just do it ! I have pure love for the way this baby responds to dynamic input. The tones are like a big gulp of fresh air. And, by the way ,Roger knows how to build a working guitar. i.e. the pre-amp is stone cold useful when it comes to feeding an amp. the gohtoh "floats", but doesn't act like it .solid tuning. The 3x p-90 rig is the biggest "secret" out there, and this one is stellar. (i think he had one ready to go- with a liter natural top recently)http://i631.photobucket.com/albums/uu32/scottsphotobox/IMG_0433.jpg

Very nice guitar....I will definitely go with that color if I decide to pull the trigger. Do you know what turnaround time is for one of these?

this is a smoking cool guitar, however, having said that, every time i've seen steely dan live, becker is playing a guitar with single coils, not p90s. it seems odd to me his sig guitar would be a guitar dissimilar from the one(s) he's mostly played over the years.
but i do see this quit a bit with sig guitars.
