zoom g1x help

I just bought my first multi effects pedal and am having a hard time adding patches,Is there anyone here that has a g1x that could possibly help me out with it.any help would be appreciated,thanks

I had the G1X for some days last year, then I sold it immediately because I didn't like its tone a lot, and got the RP250. What do you mean with "adding patches"? I'll be glad to help you if I can, and if you tell me what's the problem.
I remember I liked the Guv'nor distortion effect of G1X.

PS: if you mean just saving a modified preset, it should be simple. Just edit the sound till you like it, then press "store", go to the preset number/bank that you want to save (use the bank-up and footswitches buttons), press "store" again. You can't save a modified preset on a factory bank, you must use the user's banks.
