Guys this is the production model of the Tiki. I had done a few clips of the proto months ago.He made a few changes, and this pedal is an absolute KILLER!!!. No high gainer Ive played has the dynamics, clarity and versatility this pedal has, but the beauty is it can be set up from light OD to all out rock tones. The clip is a quick and not so great sample(my playing is not great), but you get the idea. Its going to sell for $229.00+ shipping I believe.
Another grand slam for Alf!!
The clip was recorded at speaking volume, it only gets better louder.
I cant seem to upload the video so here is the link.

Sadly I cant even begin to do the pedal justice. Alf needs to send you one to play. I know your style is a bit different, but this one covers a lot of ground, and im sure you have some rock chops hidden in the vault.LOL

Sounds good. More bass? Less delay/reverb.

It actually has plenty of bass, but the camera mike wont pick it up.The effects do sound too wet, but in the band mix they sit right.
Thanks for listening.
great sounds and playing and WAY too much talking. Took like 1:30 just to hear the pedal...

I just got mine on Christmas Eve and am loving it.
It's a great sounding "Marshall flavored" pedal and it offers array of sounds that I can really get use to. With some tweaking, it can also hide your flaws somewhat and, hey, I can live with that. :D Based on my experience, most Marshall sounding pedals tend to sound too trebly/muddy/flat which I absolutely abhor but - you guess it - this pedal does not do that. Even if you go all out on its 2 gain channels, it STILL sounds, uh, good.
Alf is the man! :bow
Btw, thank for the clip and great playing, indeed.

I know Alf has been releasing them slowly. Its a great pedal that sounds great with any amp .It feels like an amp, and sounds like one to my ears.
Like all of Alf's pedals its made to shine live, as it cuts a mix like butter.
Glad you enjoyed the clip too.
bump for a great pedal maker!
I played this pedal at the LA Amp Show and was blown away!

I just got mine in the mail.
Orlando could you explain the two drive control concept.
I have not had a chance to plug in yet, there was no guide in the box.
Thanks, Chris
Happy New Year from Brooklyn!

Thanks Orlando, your tips helped a lot.
This pedal Kills!
I took it to my studio today. les Paul, Tiki Drive, El Capistan into Germino Club 40 2x12 bottom. Man it was nice, real big sound, lots of good sounds in this pedal.
This can get creamy with just the right amount of grit, I got a great Clapton blusebreakers vibe and a great Gibbons grove.
All the goodness of the Zendrive but more Rock.
I will keep them booth.
Hell Yeah!
A Monster.
Happy New Years.

Im glad you dig it. Its Alfs best work in my opinion.I have not stopped using mine since I got the proto 6 or 7 months ago.The range and tones are just perfect. It sits in a mix like few gain pedals do.Its coming up on his site pronto.
I think it will be as big a seller as the Zendrive.Get in line, as its a good one for sure.
May the New Year bring you a lot more toys!

I'm really interested in the Tiki, but have a question about amp flavors that this pedal may favor over others...
How does it do with Vox flavored EL84 amps? Does it seem to just mesh better with any particular variety of amp (i.e., Fender voiced vs. Vox, etc)?
Haven't really read much one way or the other. Most of my amps have a Vox vibe to them (BadCat Black Cat, D13 RSA).
Thanks...

I play ac 30's most of the time, and find it works great with it, though I prefer it with 6L6 amps to get maximum use of the tonestack, as with a el 84 amp, The voice knob sits best at noonm so you loose some range unless you roll your treble or cut knob down a hair on the amp. Its a versatile enough pedal that will work in any rig.

Thanks you for liking it. Im not quite the player Chuck and Les are, as Im more of a rocker, but it my clip shows the pedal in a rock context, so its quite versatile.
